We are looking for Business to Business (B2B) information, services, or software businesses.  We will consider businesses with EBITDA of up to $5MM/year.  We prefer businesses that have the potential to serve a national market, have recurring revenues, and have meaningful competitive differentiation.  We have a strong preference for businesses that are headquartered between Philadelphia and New York City.
